Qiaben Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dental & Medical Billing Intern to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. This internship provides hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare billing, insurance claim processing, and payment posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in submitting dental and medical insurance claims
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
• Review and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Support payment posting and account reconciliation
• Follow up with insurance companies on pending or denied claims
• Assist in claim corrections and resubmissions
• Maintain accurate documentation in billing software
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Healthcare Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email communication)
• Willingness to learn U.S. insurance processes
