We’re Hiring: Media Sales Executive / Manager – Mumbai (WFO)

Company (India): LYK APP India Pvt. Ltd. (managing LYKSTAGE in India)

We’re looking for a sharp, outcome-driven seller to drive branded content, video inventory, and platform partnerships for LYKSTAGE, a long-form, user-generated video platform powered by watch-time monetization and built on a creator-first, viewer-first economy.

What you’ll do
  • Sell branded content, video inventory, and platform partnerships
  • Pitch LYKSTAGE to brands, agencies, and founders
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline end-to-end
  • Close sponsorships, integrations, and recurring media deals
  • Handle pricing negotiations and commercials independently
  • Translate brand objectives into watch-time–driven solutions
  • Maintain strong proposal, follow-up, and closure hygiene
  • Share market feedback to shape product and the sales narrative
  • Individual contributor role

  • Who should apply
  • 2–6 years in media sales / digital sales / branded content
  • Exposure to agencies, OTT platforms, or creator ecosystems
  • Confident closer who sells value—not just CPM math
  • Comfortable pitching newer formats without rigid playbooks
  • Existing relationships with agencies, brands, founders, planners
  • Strong spoken clarity + decent deck discipline
  • Hunger mindset over fancy titles
