    - Develop integrated media strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer insights.
    - Recommend the right mix across digital channels, sponsorships, and content integrations.
    - Drive innovation in partnerships to create a differentiated brand presence.

    - **Content Integration, Ideas & Sponsorships**
    - Lead content-led integrations across OTT, TV shows, social platforms, and publisher ecosystems.
    - Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities, ensuring ROI and strategic fit.
    - Proactively develop big ideas and innovative formats that connect with consumers in culturally relevant ways.
    - Negotiate with partners to unlock maximum value from integrations and sponsorships.

    - **Media Execution**
    - Manage seamless execution of campaigns with content and sponsorships at the core.
    - Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, and agencies for smooth delivery.
    - Ensure timelines and budgets are managed effectively.

    - **Measurement & Optimization**
    - Use advanced analytics tools to assess performance.

  • *Qualifications & Experience:**

  • - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
    - 8+ years experience in media management with a strong focus on content, sponsorships, and digital media.
    - Proven expertise in evaluating and executing sponsorships and integrations.
    - Exposure to TV and OOH media is a plus, not mandatory.
    - Strong skills in analytics and performance reporting.
    - Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and media landscape.
    - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
