Role Overview:

We are seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer to handle advertising across fashion, beauty, and quick commerce platforms, specifically Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, and Blinkit.

The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive visibility, high-intent traffic, and conversions, while adapting to platform-specific consumer behavior.

You will serve as the key liaison between the agency, the client, and platform teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans and achievement of sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Myntra, Nykaa, Instamart, and Blinkit
  • Drive performance through platform-native ad formats, sponsored listings, and in-app visibility tools
  • Analyze campaign data to improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and reduce CAC/ACoS
  • Develop platform-specific strategies:

  • Myntra: Trend-led visibility, catalog performance, sale events

    Nykaa: Ingredient-led storytelling, reviews, and conversion optimization

    Instamart & Blinkit: High-velocity SKUs, instant-buy triggers, and quick decision journeys
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-converting creatives tailored to each platform
  • Track ad budgets, performance metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, campaign tools, and emerging quick commerce trends

  • Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Myntra, Nykaa, or quick commerce ads (Instamart/Blinkit mandatory exposure preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and campaign dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace/quick commerce ad consoles and performance tools
  • Understanding of fashion/beauty buying behavior and impulse-driven quick commerce purchases
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
