About the Initiative

We are launching a dedicated healthcare media platform focused on doctor talks, patient testimonials, health awareness videos, and branding content, similar to leading regional health media channels. The platform will host expert doctor content across social media and digital channels.

We are looking to build a core in-house media team, starting with a Healthcare Media & Content Manager who can take ownership of planning, execution, and growth of the channel.

Role Summary

The Healthcare Media & Content Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the media page, including doctor coordination, video shoots, editing oversight, content scheduling, ad campaigns, and brand building.

This role requires a mix of creativity, coordination, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Video Production
  • Plan content themes for doctor talks, testimonials, awareness videos, reels, and shorts.
  • Coordinate and schedule doctors’ availability for shoots.
  • Manage video shoots (in-clinic / studio-style / outdoor awareness content).
  • Oversee video editing, quality, captions, and branding style.
  • Ensure content is accurate, ethical, and healthcare-appropriate.

  • Doctor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with doctors for content ideas, availability, and approvals.
  • Create a structured shoot calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Ensure smooth communication between doctors, editors, and marketing teams.

  • Social Media & Page Management
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Schedule posts, reels, shorts, and long-form videos.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and audience growth.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.

  • Digital Ads & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for videos and doctor content.
  • Coordinate targeting, budgeting, and campaign creatives.
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads).
  • Share regular campaign performance reports.

  • Branding & Channel Growth
  • Develop and maintain the brand identity of the media page.
  • Ensure consistent logos, colours, thumbnails, and templates.
  • Support collaborations, campaigns, and special health days.
  • Help scale the channel into a recognised healthcare media brand.

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years experience in media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare content is a strong advantage (not mandatory).
  • Freshers with strong portfolios and coordination skills may apply.

  • Technical & Creative Skills
  • Basic understanding of video shooting (DSLR / mobile / lighting).
  • Knowledge of video editing workflows (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects – basic).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms & ad managers.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and stakeholders.
