As a Media Analytics Consultant at NIQ, your primary role will involve developing and implementing analytics solutions for client organizations, focusing on media effectiveness. You will collaborate with FMCG & Tech Durable companies to provide insights and recommendations that drive their media investment strategies for both tactical and strategic decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Solutioning, designing, executing, presenting, and implementing analytic insights related to media analytics and tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and lift solutions.
- Ensuring proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clients by being an expert in media analytics and data storytelling.
- Managing team resources, timelines, and priorities both internally and externally to deliver successful client engagements.
- Coordinating project execution with international project teams and external stakeholders to optimize media activities for clients.
- Enhancing the capabilities of the Advanced Analytics team through ideation, process improvements, and skills development initiatives.
- Driving client value and successful implementation of analytic solutions that focus on activation-based outcomes.
- Collaborating with the sales organization to grow the media effectiveness analytics business.

Qualifications:
General Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Manufacturer Marketing and Media functions, as well as media agencies.
- Experience and expertise in media effectiveness analytics, including marketing mix and attribution models.
- Strong logic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for group presentations and storytelling.
- Robust project management skills and data analysis proficiency.
- Ability to maintain positive client relationships and resolve complex client issues.
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience in the CPG industry.

Background and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced/analytics degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 plus years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Analytics, or Media.
- Strong analytic background with knowledge of statistical or data science methodologies.
