Job Description

Zerowings Aerospace is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the design, prototyping, and testing of UAV mechanical systems. The role involves working on drone airframes, structural components, and fabrication processes within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Responsibilities

• Assist in designing UAV airframes and mechanical subsystems


• Develop CAD models, part designs, and assembly layouts


• Support prototype fabrication using composites, aluminum, and additive manufacturing


• Prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation


• Assist in ground testing and prototype validation


• Support design improvements based on testing feedback
Requirements


• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Final Year or Recent Graduate)


• Basic knowledge of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes


• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks


• Willingness to work hands-on in workshops and testing environments
Stipend

₹15,000/month for the first 3 months

• Extension based on performance
