Description : QA LeadAbout the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient QA Lead to strengthen our QA team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in WebdriverIO (WDIO) with TypeScript or JavaScript, Selenium with Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), along with exposure to AI technologies. The position also requires managing multiple teams, coordinating with Engineering Managers on delivery commitments, providing automation guidance to junior resources, and producing weekly status reports for leadership. The role involves hands-on API testing, manual regression testing, and the use of version control systems to support robust and scalable automation frameworks.

Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor QA Engineers / Squad Leads.- Work with QA Leadership to Define and Implement Test Strategies- Monitor and oversee entire Testing Process.- Analyze Key Quality Indicators and work with Engineer Managers to identify areas of improvement- Working with Scrum Teams to define their regression and production testing approach- Review and provide guidance on automation produced by Scrum Team- Monitor automated test execution reports and analyze test failures, report bugs, and track resolution.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Communicate effectively with engineering managers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on testing progress.- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Work within agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Experiences and Skills : - 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation. - Hands on experience as a QA Lead.- Strong experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., WDIO, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). - Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with Web-driver-IO or Selenium.

• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns. - Proficiency in RESTful API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/Bitbucket. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
