To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.
- Experience in international business environment in marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with senior business partners and customers.
- Commercial savvy and persistent and agile in delivering results.
- Exposure to market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development.
- Strong conceptual skills ability to translate market and customer feedback into Value Propositions.
- Ability to guide and drive the development of new solutions from the initial concept until the final product through validation of assumptions.
- A hands-on, analytical and solution-orientated mind-set, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-disciplinary team.
