Roles and Responsibilities-
  • Curriculum and Learning
  • Collaboratively plan, design, and implement learning experiences aligned with Cambridge and IBDP curriculum standards.
  • Apply inquiry-based, concept-driven, and interdisciplinary teaching practices.
  • Differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
  • Incorporate technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Foster critical thinking, academic integrity, and independent learning.
  • Assessment and Documentation
  • Provide opportunities for formative, summative, and self-assessment.
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress.
  • Analyze student performance data to inform teaching strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback for student growth.
  • Collaboration and Professional Practice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve student learning.
  • Co-plan and co-teach to support teachers and students.
  • Participate in meetings and professional learning communities.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in effective teaching strategies.
  • Student Wellbeing and Supervision
  • Ensure a safe learning environment for students and colleagues.
  • Act as homeroom advisors for pastoral care and parent communication.
  • Supervise students during school activities and events.

  • Communicate regularly with parents through conferences and updates.
