We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Faculty member to teach students in Grades 11 and 12 at our institution in Kesnand, Pune. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping students’ academic foundation in mathematics, preparing them for competitive exams and board assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and interactive mathematics lessons for Grades 11 and 12, aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support to help students improve.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align teaching strategies with institutional goals.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests (e.g., JEE, NEET, NDA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
• Strong subject knowledge and proven teaching experience in Grades 11 and 12.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for diverse learning levels.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to work in a structured, student-focused academic environment.
• Experience in coaching for competitive exams is a plus.
