Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Member based in Jaipur. The Marketing Team Member will be responsible for executing and managing marketing strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, supporting sales promotion programs, and ensuring measurable outcomes. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Good Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively convey ideas and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Proficient in Sales promotion support and engagement, including understanding customer needs and promoting company offerings
• Experience in implementing Marketing promotion campaigns for product positioning and customer engagement in retail business.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience within the retail sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
