As we expand our national footprint, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who can help drive strategic visibility, thought leadership, and growth initiatives.

This role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, independent execution, and measurable impact.
Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own key marketing initiatives that elevate Minerra Health’s market presence and support company growth.

This includes developing executive thought leadership, managing LinkedIn and digital content cadence, supporting growth campaigns, developing proof assets such as case studies, and strengthening Minerra’s positioning across the healthcare ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to convert leadership insights and go-to-market priorities into polished, high-impact marketing content and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Thought Leadership Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a structured LinkedIn thought leadership strategy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing publishing cadence for the company page and select executives
  • Translating leadership insights and go-to-market priorities into compelling content
  • Maintaining a rolling 4–6 week content calendar
  • Monitoring competitive positioning and peer activity across the market
  • 2. Growth Campaigns (ROI-Oriented)

    Design and execute targeted growth initiatives that support market expansion.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Defining campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging
  • Supporting digital campaign execution
  • Tracking key engagement and growth indicators
  • Delivering concise performance insights tied to growth metrics
  • 3. Conference & Market Positioning Research

    Identify and evaluate strategic healthcare conferences and industry events.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Researching relevant conferences across digital health, obesity care, and healthcare innovation
  • Providing decision-ready recommendations on whether to attend, speak, sponsor, or pass
  • Evaluating audience fit, cost, strategic value, and growth alignment
  • 4. Case Studies & Proof Asset Development

    Develop marketing assets that demonstrate Minerra Health’s impact.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting client success case studies and proof points
  • Building reusable marketing assets and testimonial libraries
  • Supporting development of executive ghostwritten articles and thought leadership pieces
  • Coordinating sales collateral and conference materials
  • 5. Patient-Facing & Referral Initiatives

    Strengthen messaging across Minerra’s metabolic care platform.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting patient-facing messaging related to bariatric navigation and medical obesity care
  • Developing initiatives that support referral growth
  • Aligning messaging across employer, payer, and health system audiences
  • 6. Executive-Led Content & Webinars

    Support executive-driven educational and thought leadership events.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Planning webinars, fireside chats, and executive discussions
  • Developing session concepts, outlines, and promotional messaging
  • Ensuring event content is repurposed across multiple channels
  • 7. Instagram Presence

    Maintain a lightweight but consistent Instagram presence.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Repurposing approved content appropriately for the platform
  • Maintaining brand consistency across social channels
  • Operating Expectations
  • Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • Weekly written execution updates
  • Proactive recommendations on positioning, cadence, and competitive differentiation
  • Ownership of execution with strategic alignment from leadership
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or B2B growth roles
  • Experience marketing to health systems, payers, employers, or digital health audiences preferred
  • Strong writing and executive ghostwriting capabilities
  • Ability to convert strategic input into polished content quickly
  • Experience developing case studies, marketing assets, and thought leadership content
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment
