As a Marketing Specialist at Meltwater, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Your main focus will be on maximizing brand awareness and driving lead generation through innovative campaigns and targeted messaging. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be key in providing valuable insights to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Utilize marketing automation tools to execute and optimize campaigns for enhancing sales lead generation and nurturing.
    - Manage diverse events, including physical/virtual events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution for maximum engagement and ROI.
    - Collaborate with content vendors to develop compelling reports, case studies, and collateral to support lead generation efforts.
    - Support various marketing tasks such as vendor management, gifting initiatives, filing, and internal communications.
    - Design promotional campaigns for new product launches to drive revenue growth.
    - Optimize website and digital assets to enhance online visibility and lead conversion rates.
    - Serve as a cultural ambassador for the global marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment across regions.
    - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SaaS marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree or higher education in Marketing or a related field.
    - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field marketing operations within medium to large companies or event agencies.
    - Expertise in planning and organizing physical and virtual events, along with knowledge in building and managing demand generation campaigns and workflow processes.
    - Preferably experienced with Marketo and Salesforce, and skilled in data analysis.
    - Self-motivated, highly driven, with a growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development.
    - Collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
    - Openness to a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days per week in the office.
    - Legal authorization to work in the country of hire is a must for this position.
