We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our sales team by identifying and analyzing potential leads to drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, building targeted lead lists, and uncovering insights to optimize lead generation strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Collection : Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including databases, surveys, interviews, and industry reports.
Market Research : Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
Financial Analysis : Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and market indicators to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies and industries.
Report Writing : Prepare explicit, concise, and insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations.
Communication: Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, and respond to inquiries and requests for information.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and sales, to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Location : Hyderabad (work from office)

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and management.
Robust organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, documents, and schedules efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid fluency in English.
Past experience in using Crunchbase and Rocket Reach or any other lead intelligence tools.
