Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product communication strategies for Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Create and implement effective marketing strategies for the bank’s products and services.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that products and services are presented effectively to the public.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to ensure that the bank’s products and services meet their expectations.
Conduct market research to identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them.
Create and manage campaigns and promotional materials to promote products and services.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product communication strategies and campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide support to the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
