As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at HARMAN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division's marketing plans for 2025. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team in efficiently managing various marketing tactics, programs, and campaigns to achieve our desired results. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Assist team in managing vendor relationships by handling and coordinating projects
- Manage bill processing and budget spreadsheets
- Coordinate all tactics and actions related to event activities
- Track and measure all demand generation campaign reporting by pulling data and reports from automation tools and tracking results for executive reporting
- Manage asset reviews and revisions
- Help build internal presentations
- Possibly help add content to HARMAN DTS site
- Analyze customer and market segment data
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Service Lines, Communications, etc.) to help ensure efficient integration of marketing efforts and programs

Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum of two-three years of either Marketing or Business Operations experience; College degree required
- Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
- Strong fluency in technology and digital tools and platforms including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation platforms such as SFDC and Pardot would be preferred
- High comfort with social channels and platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy and precision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing and sales concepts and techniques
- Any knowledge of HTML would be desirable
