Job Overview

Zoom Crane Service is looking for a multi-talented and proactive E-Marketing & Operations Executive who can manage our digital marketing activities and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new clients through e-marketing while also coordinating operational work for our crane rental services.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Marketing & Business Development

- Manage and improve the online presence of Zoom Crane Service (Google Business, social media, listings, etc.).
- Generate new leads and clients through digital marketing strategies.
- Handle WhatsApp marketing, email communication, and online inquiries.
- Promote the company's services across online platforms and industry directories.
- Run and monitor basic online marketing campaigns.

Operations Management

- Coordinate with operators, helpers, and clients for smooth job execution.
- Assist in job scheduling and crane deployment.
- Communicate with clients regarding work schedules and service requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and management.

Administrative & Data Management

- Maintain Excel sheets for job records, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and client documentation.
- Maintain a database of clients and project records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing / e-marketing.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of local language (Kannada preferred) along with English or Hindi.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: Based on experience and skills.
- Performance Commission: The employee will earn commission for every current client and project secured for the company.
- Commission will be calculated based on the number of shifts booked from the clients brought in by the employee, providing strong earning potential.
