Marketing Manager

Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness for a B2B online company. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Create and distribute high-quality marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and whitepapers
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key industry influencers and partners
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to measure ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Familiarity with video editing software
  • Excellent design and creative skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including 3 years in a managerial role
