Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, brand positioning, campaign management, digital marketing, and coordination with sales teams and external agencies to drive project visibility and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  • Plan annual and quarterly marketing budgets aligned with sales targets.
  • Identify target customer segments and create positioning strategies for projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

  • 2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Google Ads
  • Property portals like 99acres, Magicbricks, and Housing.com.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
  • Generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, and plotted developments.

  • 3. Project Launch & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute new project launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate ATL & BTL marketing activities including:
  • Hoardings
  • Print advertising
  • Radio campaigns
  • Events and property exhibitions
  • Manage site branding, sample flat marketing, and sales gallery promotions.

  • 4. Digital & Content Marketing
  • Manage company website, landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
  • Plan social media content strategy and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee creative development including brochures, project presentations, and ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, and media planners.

  • 5. Sales Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Track lead allocation, lead quality, and conversion performance.
  • Provide marketing support for channel partners and broker networks.

  • 6. Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and media vendors.
  • Negotiate media buying and marketing contracts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals and campaigns.

  • 7. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as:
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • ROI on marketing spend
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor lead lifecycle and campaign effectiveness.

  • 8-10 years of experience in real estate marketing or real estate marketing agencies.
  • Experience handling multiple project launches and lead generation campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
