we are looking for an experienced Marketing person to assist in the planning, Coordinating, execution and optimization of our online/offline marketing efforts.

The promotion of products and services through various channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology.

You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a solid asset to securing growing revenue.

You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
- Coordinate with external and internal team to get the desired results
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
- Coordinate with the ATL/BTL and the presales team to improve marketing results.
- Must have hands-on in-depth technical knowledge of Google GDN, adwords, FB, social media campaigns and should be able to run them independently.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience.
- Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages.
- Deploy performance marketing, CPC / SM campaigns to achieve lead generation targets for each project.
- Should have the ability to engage with a digital marketing agency and also review their performance technically
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Masters degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience writing for real estate audience, ability to communicate effectively with experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing across channels, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
