About the Role

Heliosys Technologies is offering an intensive 6-month marketing internship for driven and ambitious individuals. This program blends real-world marketing work with structured training in sales, marketing, and digital solutions. Successful interns may be offered a permanent role within the company based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Research and identify potential clients for websites, e-commerce stores, hosting, and domain services.
- Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Sales Support & Client Handling

- Prepare effective proposals, quotations, and presentations with guidance from mentors.
- Assist in follow-ups with prospects and help convert them into clients.
- Work closely with sales executives and learn negotiation and closing techniques.

Marketing Activities

- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media initiatives.
- Contribute to building marketing databases and exploring new outreach channels.

Reporting & Analysis

- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress against targets.
- Submit weekly reports to mentors or supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Students, recent graduates, or career starters (preferably business, marketing, or IT-related fields).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, website solutions, and e-commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Willing to participate in fieldwork and client outreach when required.
- Ability to work full-time or part-time for the full 6 months.
