💼 What You’ll Do:

✅ Client Relationship Management

• Handle and grow existing B2B clients & franchise partners


• Build strong long-term relationships through regular follow-ups


• Resolve queries & ensure top-notch customer satisfaction

✅ Order Management & Coordination


• Process repeat orders smoothly


• Coordinate with production, accounts & dispatch teams


• Share quotations, proforma invoices & order updates

✅ Dispatch & Documentation


• Track shipments & update clients with delivery details


• Maintain proper records of orders, communication & dispatches

✅ Lead Conversion & Business Growth


• Follow up on fresh leads & inquiries


• Convert prospects into active clients


• Assist in onboarding new customers

✅ Reporting & Support


• Maintain daily/weekly reports


• Coordinate with management for updates & growth strategies

🎯 Who Can Apply?

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing / Business / Related Field)

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Client Servicing / Inside Sales

✔️ Experience in Cosmetics / Pharma / FMCG industry (Preferred)

✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, Email & CRM tools

✔️ Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
