About the Role Black Gold is India’s leading integrated recycling group, modelling our operations after global environmental giants to redefine the circular economy. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a high-energy Marketing Content Executive to be the digital face of our brand. In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for brand engagement, creating high-impact content that builds trust with our business partners and stakeholders across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

● On-Camera Presence: You will be the face and voice of our brand's product initiatives. You must be comfortable appearing on camera to showcase various electronic products, explaining their value propositions in a professional and engaging manner.

● Multilingual Content Creation: Produce daily short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, and Clips) primarily in Telugu and Hindi to connect with our diverse regional audience.

● Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our presence on key professional marketplaces and community groups to ensure our digital catalogues are high-performing and accurate.

● Digital Authority Building: Execute strategies to enhance our brand's digital reputation and visibility across professional platforms and industry forums.

● Inbound Demand Support: Create content specifically designed to trigger high-quality inquiries, supporting our sales team in building a robust pipeline of partners. What We Are Looking For

● Experience: 1–2 years in content marketing or digital media. You should have a proven track record of creating social-first video content.

● Confidence on Screen: High energy, professional grooming, and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively on camera are essential.

● Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Telugu and Hindi is required.

● Technical Savvy: A basic interest in electronics and the ability to translate technical specs into compelling marketing messages.

● Strategic Mindset: An understanding that content is a tool for business growth, with a focus on generating professional interest and measurable value.
