We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team at Kipenzi Pets Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves online promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹27000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing e-commerce marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
• Support listing optimization, keyword research, and content updates
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review
• Contribute to revenue growth through data-driven marketing decisions
• Lead interns. Drive speed. Ensure execution.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience.
• The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools and a creative approach.
