alist.Lab is the in-house growth arm of alist — building a modern marketing agency for premium consumer brands across beauty, fashion, F&B;, wellness, and hospitality. We act as an extension of the brand team for our partners — strategizing like consultants, executing like an agency, and scaling like operators.

We’re hiring a Marketing & PR Executive / Consultant - a brand-first, execution-strong individual who lives and breathes Marketing and PR.

Your Mission:

Operate like the mini-CMO for multiple premium lifestyle brands. You’ll lead brand building across:

- Influencer Marketing: Paid, barter, seeding, UGC, ambassadorships
- Public Relations & Media: Launch PR, editorial storytelling, publication partnerships
- Content & Social Strategy: Campaign development, content planning, UGC, and AI Shoots
- Experiential Marketing: Curated events, IPs, pop-ups, creator-meets, and more!

You’ll work inside a high-speed, strategy-first, extremely hands-on team that builds and scales brands at the intersection of influence, content, and culture .

What We Need:

- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, influencer marketing, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of the premium/luxury consumer brand space
- High creative instincts with commercial acumen
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end across digital + on-ground formats
- Bonus if you’ve worked with agencies, creators, or quick-scaling D2C brand.
