KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Setup & Management
● Oversee client website setup, technical configurations, tracking, and integrations
● Conduct audits to ensure technical and marketing standards
● Coordinate with developers/designers for updates and improvements
● Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, and conversions

SEO Strategy & Optimisation
● Lead and manage SEO strategy across client accounts
● Guide team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
● Set targets and drive improvements in rankings and organic traffic
● Ensure best practices aligned with algorithm updates
● Review and approve SEO reports before client sharing

Marketing Project & Task Management
● Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects within deadlines
● Oversee task tracking and project management tools
● Identify and resolve risks/blockers proactively
● Improve workflows for better team efficiency
● Share regular updates with senior stakeholders

Email Marketing & Automation
● Set up and manage email campaigns and automation workflows
● Execute campaigns when required
● Ensure compliance, branding, and deliverability standards
● Monitor performance and run A/B optimisations

Resource & Team Management
● Manage, allocate, and balance team workloads
● Provide coaching and performance feedback
● Identify skill or capacity gaps and recommend solutions
● Build a collaborative and results-driven team culture

Technical Skills
● Proficient in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Moz)
● Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
● Hands-on with email marketing & automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)
● Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
● Working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello)

Leadership & Soft Skills
● Strong project management and multitasking abilities
● Experience managing and developing teams
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
● Proactive, independent problem-solver

Experience
● 3–5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing
● Agency experience or multi-client account management preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
