Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Management Executive to manage inbound enquiries, maintain digital product listings, and support the sales pipeline through structured lead management and sample tracking.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all enquiries are captured, organized, and followed up properly before being handed over to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management: Manage and respond to inbound enquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART and other digital sources
Ensure timely response and accurate recording of enquiry details
Allocate and coordinate leads with the sales team

2. Digital Listings & Product Information: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and categories on IndiaMART and similar platforms
Ensure product information is accurate and aligned with company offerings
Monitor enquiry trends and report high-potential leads

3. Customer Database Development: Build and maintain an industry-wise database of prospective customers
Classify leads based on industry, product requirement, and potential value
Support management with structured customer data for outreach
