Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Communication Manager to lead branding, digital marketing, and communication strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, managing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential/commercial projects.
  • Plan pre-launch, launch, and sustenance campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking.

  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, portals).
  • Optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and lead quality.
  • Work closely with CRM team to track conversion funnel.
  • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.

  • Branding & Communication
  • Develop project brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and creatives.
  • Manage agency partners (creative, media, PR).
  • Draft press releases and manage media communications.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Sales & Channel Partner Support
  • Provide marketing collateral to sales team.
  • Plan site events, property expos, and channel partner meets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution.

  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies.
  • Track marketing spends and optimize ROI.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred.

  • Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years in real estate marketing preferred.
  • Experience in handling project launches is an advantage.

  • Required Skills
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
