Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive brand growth, expand distribution channels, and develop new business opportunities for our FMCG food products, starting with breakfast cereals. The role involves strategic marketing, market expansion, and collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand positioning
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and HoReCa
• Expand distribution channels and manage distributor relationships
• Support product launches, packaging development, and brand campaigns
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend tracking
• Manage digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce presence
• Work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred
• 8–10 years experience in FMCG / Food industry
• Experience in marketing, business development, and distributor management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Preferred:

• Experience in breakfast cereals, packaged foods, or health foods
• Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food labelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
