About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join us as BD Interns. This role offers a dynamic blend of field marketing exposure and business coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business development.

You will engage with potential partners through planned field activities while also collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination, tracking, and execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planned field visits to connect with potential partners and local businesses
• Execute on-ground marketing activities to generate leads and build brand presence
• Maintain structured updates and coordination with the internal team on daily activities
• Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth communication between partners and the company
• Assist in lead generation and outreach campaigns
• Participate in promotional events and community engagement activities
• Gather market insights and feedback to support business decisions

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline
• Strong communication skills in both English & Hindi
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable with field + coordination work
• Basic knowledge of Excel or reporting tools is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
