• Sales Analytics & GEO Reporting
• Learn and become proficient in Siebel Analytics
• Create GEO-based lead reports, including:
• INQ (Inquiries)
• AQL (Accepted Qualified Leads)
• MCR (Managed/Marketing Conversion Rate)
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Deliver finalized reports within the first week of each month
• Share insights and summaries with internal stakeholders
• GEO-Based SCHOOLs Case Study Creation
• Identify one school per GEO
• Create a 1 page document includes: Why the school chose the SW
• How they use the SOLIDWORKS
• Key benefits and outcomes
• Present findings in a clear, structured case study format ("case study cards") suitable for sales and marketing use
• Student Stories & Testimonials
• Identify five students per GEO
• Create a 1-page document that includes: Why they chose the SW
• How they use it online
• The value it provides to their academic or daily experience
• Turn insights into concise, engaging student story summaries that can be reused across marketing channels.

Deliverables & Success Metrics:

• Monthly GEO lead reports delivered by week one of each month Complete set of case study cards (one per GEO)
• Five student stories per GEO, clearly documented and reusable
• Accurate, clean data with minimal rework required

Qualifications

Strong analytical and data-handling skills

Comfort working with reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Ability to learn new tools quickly (experience with analytics platforms is a plus)

Strong written communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
