We’re seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing& Email campaign Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and email marketing campaigns. This role requires planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising and email campaigns to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Develop performance-driven ad creatives, copy, and audience strategies.

Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.

Execute and manage email marketing campaigns (promotional, nurture, re-engagement, and automation flows).

Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve open and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and email platforms.

Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets

Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking

Experience with email marketing tools.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns

Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation

Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
