Job Location – Gift City, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation and oversee daily offshore shipping operations.
  • Coordinate with vessel masters, marine crew, and offshore teams.
  • Plan and manage deployment of floating marine assets such as Offshore support vessels (OSVs) and Platform support vessels (PSVs).
  • Monitor vessel performance and operational KPIs.
  • Conduct project meetings and progress reporting.
  • Implement HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Support commercial teams in contract negotiation and financial evaluation of leasing arrangements.
  • Manage operational budgets
  • Coordinate with technical and crewing departments.
  • Oversee and promote AML (Anti Money laundering) / KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance across the organisation in the capacity of Principal Officer, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of business relationships and transactions to identify compliance risks and maintain effective AML/KYC controls.
  • Review and address financial and suspicious transactions, ensuring proper escalation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering degree
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in offshore vessels and offshore project management will be preferred.
  • Must have experience in floating asset management in offshore projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marine chartering and leasing structures.
  • Hands-on experience in Maritime operations knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Risk management and HSE compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
