As Marcom Executive at Danfoss Drives India, you will have a significant impact on strengthening the company's market presence. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified leads across key segments. By executing integrated digital and offline campaigns and closely supporting Sales and partners, you will play a crucial role in converting marketing efforts into tangible business growth and reinforcing Danfoss's leadership in energy-efficient drive solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with Danfoss's business and growth objectives
- Driving brand positioning, product promotion, and lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Planning and executing demand generation initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, events, partner programs, and digital activations
- Supporting new product launches and go-to-market strategies with a focus on lead creation and market penetration
- Managing digital channels including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing leads, conversions, and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborating with sales and channel teams to handover, track, and nurture leads through the funnel
- Monitoring website traffic and user behavior to optimize lead capture and digital performance
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication touchpoints

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, energy, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, campaigns, and event management
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, nurturing, and campaign-based demand creation
- Ability to work closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team player with fast learning ability
- High affinity for connecting with people and building relationships
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
