Role Description

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include production planning, managing manufacturing workflows, implementing operational strategies, supervising teams, and maintaining consistent output performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, requiring strong leadership to drive excellence and innovation in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in implementing process improvements and optimizing production efficiency
• Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in plastic molding or packaging industries is a strong advantage
