Finance Controller – Opportunity with a Multinational Manufacturing Company (Kesnand, Pune)

We are working with a global manufacturing client seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong plant finance experience to take on a Finance Controller role at their facility in Kesnand, Pune .

This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with plant leadership and global finance teams, driving financial performance, cost control, and operational decision-making.

What the role involves:

- Leading plant finance, financial closing, and MIS reporting

- Driving costing, inventory controls, and variance analysis

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance

- Partnering with operations to improve cost efficiency and margins

- Strengthening ERP-based reporting and financial controls

- Managing working capital and supporting treasury activities

(The role covers areas such as financial reporting, costing, plant finance operations, FP&A, treasury oversight, and ERP-driven MIS reporting. )

Who should consider this opportunity:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting

- Exposure to manufacturing or plant finance environments preferred

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) is advantageous

Compensation: ₹18 – ₹22 LPA

This position is through our firm and involves deputation to the client’s plant in Kesnand .
