Botsplash is seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer / Tester to ensure the reliability and quality of our growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly self-driven, capable of owning QA responsibilities with minimal supervision while collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Test the Botsplash platform across web, mobile, and API layers
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, usability issues, and edge cases
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Validate new features and releases before deployment
• Collaborate with engineering, QA automation, and Client Success teams to explore real product use cases and ensure features work as expected
• Investigate issues reported by users and assist with troubleshooting
• Continuously improve QA processes to strengthen product quality and release confidence

Requirements

• Experience testing CRM systems, B2B SaaS platforms, or complex software applications
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage QA responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Understanding of user experience and product quality principles
• Experience with Cross-browser, Mobile app testing and/or API testing

Work Requirements

• Full-time role
• Must maintain at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
• Based in Hyderabad or nearby areas
