Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily administrative functions of the office.
Maintain and improve office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Handle all aspects of employee management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely payments.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel to track office performance and suggest improvements.
Communicate effectively with staff and management, demonstrating excellent English proficiency (written) and MS Office skills.
Coordinate and manage appointments, and meetings, and schedule them.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as receiving shipments, monitoring outward shipments, and tracking.
Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
Perform other relevant duties when needed.

Pay: ₹9,735.77 - ₹12,292.69 per month
