We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic professional to join our Transaction Advisory vertical. In this role, you will be at the forefront of advising and implementing solutions related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Succession Planning.

What You'll Do:

• Work on structuring, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions for clients across various industries.


• Gain exposure to high-impact projects involving business consolidation, ownership transition, and growth strategy.


• Support planning and project execution, ensuring high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, case opinions, and concept notes.


• Build an analytical mindset and foster firm-wide coordination.


• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with strong ethics.

Who We're Looking For:


• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)


• Experience: 4 to 6 years post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory. Candidates with Direct Tax experience are also highly preferred.
