As a Manager/Senior Manager in Sales for Battery/Back Up Power Solutions/Diesel Rotary UPS, your role involves leading sales initiatives in Batteries and UPS solutions for industrial and infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct customer engagement. Your duties will also include preparing and delivering customized technical and commercial proposals, negotiating high-value contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams for solution delivery from concept to commissioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives for Batteries and UPS solutions in industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct customer engagement.
- Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate high-value contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Deep expertise in selling industrial-grade UPS solutions, including Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS), Dynamic UPS, and Static UPS to large industries across diverse sectors.
- Strong understanding of genset applications in industrial, commercial, and critical facilities.
- Technical understanding of UPS systems (both static and dynamic).
- Expertise in high-value, consultative sales processes.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
