Key Responsibilities - Strategic Marketing & Admissions - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality students from across India. - Plan and oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility. - Admissions & Enrolment - Drive end-to-end admissions cycle including lead generation, counseling, conversions, and final enrolments. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes aligned with university policies. Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with top schools, universities, educational consultants, and corporate partners. - Represent the university at national-level education fairs, conferences, and events. Team Leadership & Execution - Mentor and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals to deliver on student enrolment goals. - Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide regular performance reports to leadership. Candidate Profile - Education: MBA (Marketing/Business Development or equivalent) from a reputed institute (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing and admissions roles within higher education or related sectors. Skills & Competencies: - Proven expertise in student outreach, branding, and admissions conversion strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with schools, universities, and corporates. - Data-driven decision-making with exposure to CRM/ERP tools in education preferred.
