Role Overview:
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for steering and tracking TCP financials, conducting detailed analysis of SGK categories, cost drivers, and utilization, and ensuring alignment of income streams with planned values. You will also handle management of actuals, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as serve as the first point of contact for finance-related queries and provide timely financial explanations. Additionally, you will monitor invoicing flows, support financial governance and reporting, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of SGK categories, cost drivers, and utilization
- Track income streams and assess their alignment with planned and forecasted values
- Prepare and validate monthly actuals
- Support rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and planning cycles
- Serve as the first point of contact for finance-related queries
- Monitor end-to-end invoicing flows related to TCP activities
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes
- Support preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Coordinate with HQ controlling, HR, TCP operations, and other internal partners

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of financial governance and reporting processes
