Manager – Tax | Manager – CAS & Audit - 3 Positions

Firm Type: Mid-sized Partnership CA Firm (20+ years) in Pune.

We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm in Sadashiv Peth, Pune with over two decades of experience in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, CAS (Corporate Accounting Solutions), and Audits including Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit. We are associate firm of renowned CA firm Guru & Jana, Banglore.

As part of our expansion roadmap, we are also building new verticals such as:

• Virtual CFO Services


• Australian Accounting Outsourcing


• NRI Taxation and Advisory


• Other emerging practice areas

To support this growth, we are looking for growth-minded, proactive professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review Direct and Indirect Tax compliances + Audit & CAS
- Handle tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and representation matters
- Review Tax returns, computations, and handle client advisory
- Manage client communication and relationship delivery
- Supervise and mentor employees & article assistants
- Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Semi Qualified
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & taxation in CA firm
- Strong working knowledge of Income Tax Act and GST laws + Tech Skills
- Experience in handling assessments and departmental communications
- Leadership mindset with ability to manage a team
- Interested in working in new vertical / service line
