About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with deep experience in US Mortgage domain hiring (Full Underwriters, DSCR, Pre-UW, Income Calculation, DCA, etc.). The role requires a strong recruitment strategist with hands-on expertise in Excel dashboards, recruitment analytics, vendor governance, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage Hiring Leadership
• Lead end-to-end hiring for US Mortgage vertical
• Build niche sourcing pipelines
• Improve offer-to-join ratio
• Ensure panel governance & resume validation
• Recruitment Strategy & Planning
• Quarterly workforce planning
• Hiring roadmap alignment with business
• Funnel management & TAT optimization
• Recruitment Analytics (Mandatory)
• Advanced Excel dashboards
• Source mix analysis
• Cost-per-hire & productivity metrics
• Offer drop analysis
• Weekly & monthly hiring analytics
• Vendor & Stakeholder Governance
• Vendor commercial negotiations
• Recruitment performance reviews
• Quality validation before panel submission

Qualifications

• 10–12 years recruitment experience
• Minimum 5+ years in US Mortgage hiring
• Advanced Excel & dashboard expertise (non-negotiable)
• Team handling experience
• Experience hiring 100+ annually
