As the SCM Manager in the Solar and Wind Projects sector, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by managing the timely availability of critical materials. Your responsibilities include:

- **Requirement Gathering & Planning:**
- Coordinate with various teams to finalize material requirements for both Solar and Wind projects.
- Provide detailed inputs for PR/PO creation to align with project timelines and technical specifications.

- **Procurement Support & Vendor Coordination:**
- Assist in RFQ preparation and PO finalization.
- Ensure vendors adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

- **Logistics & Delivery Monitoring:**
- Track material flow from vendors to site, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Take corrective actions to address risks in the supply chain.

- **Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination:**
- Serve as a liaison between Project/Site teams and Procurement for material planning and updates.
- Collaborate with Quality and site execution teams to resolve issues related to material receipt and utilization.

- **Governance & Reporting:**
- Maintain MIS on procurement status, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Proactively escalate delays and issues to management for timely resolution.

Key Requirements for this role include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred); MBA in SCM/Supply Chain desirable.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in SCM within the Renewable Energy sector.
- Hands-on exposure to MCR, Switchyard, Electrical, and Civil procurement.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems for SCM tracking.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
