Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced M&A Manager to support the organization’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. The role will focus on building a strong deal pipeline, evaluating acquisition opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting post-merger integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and deal assessments
• Lead due diligence activities across financial, operational, and strategic areas
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution
• Drive post-merger integration planning and synergy realization
• Align M&A initiatives with long-term corporate strategy and growth plans
• Prepare insights and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory
• Background in Private Equity, Big-4 transaction advisory, or tier-1 consulting firms
• Hands-on experience closing buy-side M&A transactions
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis
• Experience managing due diligence processes and transaction execution
