Vertical : Solar Rooftop (SRT)

Role: Retail/ Residential Sales- Manager/ Senior Manager

Budget: upto 23 lacs (inclusive 15% variable)

Key Responsibility Areas

Must Have:

Industry- electrical preferably to solar products
Build up distribution network
Strong channel management
Geography knowledge
Open to travel
Techno commercial acumen
Strong understanding of the Channel partner Solar business and Residential solar kit

Nice to Have:

Solar rooftop exposure
Solar related certifications

Education: B.E/B.tech preferable (non B.Tech would work but with strong technical sales skills)

Experience (Years): 6-8 years

Industry/ company list to hire from: Microtek, Luminous, Waaree, UTL, Tata Power and other solar companies which are into retail sales
