The Role

This position will lead the security and carpark operations of Mapletree's Commercial Portfolio in Mumbai Campus, managing the performance of external service providers, coordinating with law enforcement and fire agencies to identify and investigate breaches, review and maintain security policies and SOPs to ensure compliance to regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing the outsourced security agency for effective manpower deployment and services.
  • Planning of security and road traffic for high-risk events, coordinating closely with law enforcement and fire agencies.
  • Identifying and investigating security breaches, creating and implementing security and car park operations standards, policies and procedures.
  • Conducting physical examinations of property to ensure compliance of security policies and regulations.
  • Attend to emergencies, which may include carpark equipment breakdowns, medical related situations, bomb threats and fire alarms.
  • Review and maintain security policies and SOPs to ensure compliance to regulations.
  • Ensure that related expenses are managed within the approved budget whilst retaining efficiency and quality.

  • Job Requirements
  • Degree in Security Management or related field.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity of at least 2 million sqf office space campus.
  • Possess sound knowledge of work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
  • Conversant with local regulations and able to liaise with authorities on security and safety matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Possess leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.
