To own, govern, and continuously enhance Supply Chain performance analytics and KPI governance, enabling fact‑based decision making, supply reliability, and operational excellence across the Sandoz supply network. The role drives standardization, digitalization, and performance improvement across sites, affiliates, and external suppliers, in line with global Supply Chain and ESO objectives

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Accountability & Decision Making
  • Own assigned Supply Chain KPIs and performance dashboards, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across regions and systems.
  • Identify performance deviations, lead rootcause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to operational stakeholders.
  • Support SCM governance forums and IBP cycles with fact‑based performance insights.
  • Problem Solving & Complexity
  • Analyze complex, multi‑source supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Handle non‑routine performance issues requiring judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support ad‑hoc analytics and performance deep dives for management decision‑making.
  • Functional Expertise & Knowledge
  • Apply strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, order fulfilment, capacity, inventory, and master data.
  • Ensure performance processes and reporting comply with GMP, data governance, and documentation standards.
  • Act as subject matter reference for Supply Chain performance analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Interaction & Influence
  • Partner with Regional SCM, Global teams, Planning, and Master Data functions to align KPI definitions, targets, and actions.
  • Influence stakeholders through insights and recommendations without direct line authority.
  • Facilitate cross functional alignment on performance improvement actions.
  • Execution, Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinate and deliver performance related projects and analytics initiatives within agreed scope and timelines.
  • Drive standardization and improvement of analytics tools, reporting automation, and documentation.
  • Contribute to capability building by supporting training and knowledge sharing on KPIs and analytics tools.

  • What you’ll bring to the role:

    Essential Requirements:

    Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or related field, supply chain management professional certificate (APICS)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics roles within a multinational, matrix organization
  • Strong experience in performance management, KPI reporting, and analytics
  • SAP Supply Chain certification or equivalent hands‑on expertise (APO / IBP / MRP / S/4 HANA)
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP
  • Analytics certification (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent)
  • Project / Continuous Improvement certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
  • Functional Breadth.
